Pre-Listing Inspections
As you the seller prepares to list your home on the market, a pre-listing inspection may be good idea. Getting an honest inspection before you list will allow you to become aware of issues before a buyer becomes aware. This will allow you more time to prepare. This will also give the seller an idea of what a buyer might request before an offer is made.
Home Inspections
If you have found the home that you see yourself or family in. A home inspection would be ideal. It don’t matter if it’s your first home or not. Every house is different. It gives you the buyer a sense of ease knowing if there could be any issues within the home. Then an opportunity to request that corrections be made.
Re-Checks
Re-Checks are needed for one of two reasons. The first being an area was inaccessible during the home inspection, and the inspector needs to return to complete the inspection. Second being a homeowner had some work done recently and “something just don’t seem right.” Then it would be beneficial to have a licensed inspector come out and re-check the work that was done.
Home Check-Up's
What is a home check-up? it’s when you know winter is coming and dont know if your home is winter ready. You could be getting ready for that big summer cookout, but your not sure if your deck is ready. maybe you notice your gas or electric bill is higher then normal. A check-up would be a great idea. It could save you a lot of money in the long run if you catch a major issue sooner. It could also ease your mind just knowing you only have clogged gutters.
